What are these capped lines?

    They are the breather for the diffs/transmission.

    Thank you! Never seen them leak down the tire well like that before? Not normal I presume? What’s the fix like?

    When the fluid heats up and expands, it's there to relief the pressure. A little bit of misting is fine but it should not be pouring out. I don't know if you are the original owner of if you just purchased it, but I would check the levels to make sure they aren't overfilled. That's assuming you don't know the history and it's leaking out badly. You might be due to change the fluid anyways.

    And while you're at it, replace the two check valves that are at the ends of the hoses. Or disassemble, clean, and reassemble them.

    If you over fill the front diff it will get pushed out.
