What’s the issue? Is it partly working or not at all? What have you tried? Best idea i have is to make sure your electric connections are clean using de-oxit and make sure the ground is good. Then make sure the mechanism is lubricated appropriately, and that the rods haven’t bent or moved over time.

I changed mine in my 2008. I had a few left over that I think I tossed when I moved houses. they were pretty easy to find online. It isn't a hard fix but a little tricky with the gears and mechanism. not sure if the Gen 1 is different than gen 2.

Sounds like you could probably solve the issue by tightening up the bolts or with a cleaning and a little dab of grease. Give it a shot! If it isn’t completely broken I’d try to avoid “fixing” it, especially with aftermarket parts.

I have both front door actuators. $25 for passenger side plus shipping worked fine when i parted the truck. Send me a pm with your zip and I’ll get you a quote.

If you have the driver side and aren’t letting it go I’d take it.
