Hello everyone my name is Kevin. New to the forum. Owner a 2002 Tundra for 12 years, crashed it and recently purchased a 23’ Tacoma. After the rain moisture is accumulating on the driver side door which means it’s getting past the first weather seal but not getting past the second one which would put the moisture into the cab. Took it to the dealership and they didn’t see an issue with that. Just curious if anyone else is experiencing something similar?

    thanks

Run your finger along the gap in the weatherstripping. See if its pinched and stuck together anywhere that would prevent water from dripping down and out the bottom of the door gasket.

is the moisture actually in the cab? If so, that doesn't seem right, you would always have to battle window fogging and mold problems.

I live in near Seattle and I don't see evidence of water like that. Good luck!

Tell the dealership to do their job and fix your brand new truck. Be consistent, show them evidence (video, photo, in person), and get that taken care of under warranty

No issues whatsoever ever yet with my tacoma. I had a water leaking issue with my 2001 tundra under the passenger side glove box where I found some tiny white grommets under the wipers cowl had disintegrated letting water in behind the firewall every time it rained. Few dabs of rtv sealant, and no more water.
