That is only the exterior design. The "reveal" is expected to have details on the mechanicals, powertrain options, etc. Maybe it'll have an 8-speed that shifts twice as often

I think a good number of us have been assuming that for a while now? 2.4T with 8spd.

Of course, the nitty gritty will be interesting, but I'm just glad they kept the ugly stick in the closet.

Seems like that shit that rolled downhill in the last reveal somehow made it back up the hill. At least this thread is by a long-standing member. Here’s hoping we see something this time. Fingers crossed…
