I bought my 2012 Tacoma reg cab with burn holes and worn lower seat cushion on the drivers side. I look online only to find lower cushions that are of a different pattern and with different design on the sides of the cushion on top. Does anyone know where I can buy a correct lower drivers cushion? Thanks

A decent upholstery shop can rebuild and recover your seat

I have experience with installing seat oem covers. I did my 71 corvette with the hog clips and springs. The only thing I need is the correct cover. I see so many online but I don't see my version.

I think I know what you mean. The lower bolster on my seat was shot after 15 years. Bought a new foam cushion from an online Toyota dealer for $110 CAD. The cover however, $350!!:eek: I reused my original with some tears, and am looking at “Wet Okole” covers when it warms up here.

My foam is good. I just need the cover. A correct part number would be great. I could be wrong but it seems the reg. cab has different bottom covers.

There are a couple of vendors on ebay that sell OEM reproduction cushion covers (OEM Auto Seating, oemauto-61, professionalseatcovers, best_parts21, etc.) that may be less expensive than going to the dealership. A buddy of mine bought his cover from this place (https://www.usautoseatcover.com) and it looks exactly like mine. Good luck.

I called usaautoseatcover. They were real helpful. They said they have the pattern but not the material.

Anthony, You may want to consider contacting local salvage yards to see if they have a 2012-2015 model that you can pull the seat out of. Send them a pic and they'll let you know.

I just bought a seat for my '05 TRD Sport out of an '11 for $100. That's less than what an upholstery place wanted to sew in a panel or what a new cover would cost. The truck was totaled with 46K miles and the seat looks brand new.

I don't know about NY but there's quite a few yards in North Jersey if you Google it. There's also two places in South Jersey that will actually let you walk the yard and you can pull whatever you want/need off yourself. One is Dirkes and I forget the other.

I might try that. I had to pull the whole interior out to clean it as this 94 year old smoked like fiend.

Still looking for the pattern. Called a few salvage yards. Does anyone know if I had to remove a cover off a passenger seat would it fit on the drivers side? The bottom that is.

It will fit just fine, but you will need to cut notches for the lumbar adjustment knob on the side.
