I feel like the ball joint boot will not last long in this angle. Do I need new spindles? Any other solutions for this? I have RC Vertex 3.5-4" coilovers at front and Icon RTX leaf pack 3rd stage with RC Vertex shocks. It's 4wd.

That's a lot of lift. You consider just backing down on the preload to lower the front lift? Should be much better when you start getting closer to 3".

Good luck finding a lift spindle for the 4x4. I've only seen them for prerunners.

I'd like to keep the height as it is.

Then changing spindles wont do anything for the angle of the UCA or the rubber boot on the balljoint.

Nope, the cv axle will be in the way of the lower control arm. I understand you like the look of the lift, but honestly, if you back off your pre-load your cv axles and tie rods will thank you for it. Plus it will probably ride a lot better. Not sure what size springs RC uses in those but you look close to having cool bind as well.

How about uniball UCA’s? That would eliminate the boot, no?

yes, it would, but you would also possibly get more droop travel, maybe up to 3/4 of an inch and possibly then hit your Coilover pending if they’re extended travel or not. If you do go uniballs and they bind on your Coilover you can always install limit straps, uniballs also need constant cleaning and tri-flow lube on them, I see your in Hawaii so you would be constantly cleaning these, don’t let that make you not get them. It’s just something to keep into consideration as I find they are easier to service than ball joints, or something that needs constant greasing. I have heimed uppers with uniballs lowers and uppers on my long travel F-150 and I clean them about every 2 weeks. Also call Camburg and see if they have a uniballs kit for your UCA’s so your just replacing that and not the whole upper arm
