    Man, I was seriously concerned I was over selling it Haha. It's really hard to parse out a price for something that doesn't have much of an equivalent, but maybe I misread the market. Happy to take more if anyone is willing to pay it!

    The main thing that makes me think it is under priced is the UTE bed, lol. I feel like a good number of people really would want that. Although there are a few little gremlins you noted, it doesn't seem that bad overall.
