    Hey all -

Is anyone else unable to adjust the volume of their navigation voice? I got a system update recently, and the voice is still extremely quiet.

Unable to like the setting isn’t present or it doesn’t affect the volume when you change the setting?

I haven’t looked lately, but I’m pretty sure in 2019 there’s an additional setting for navigation voice.

The Nav voice volume is adjustable on my 2018. It's a little deep in the menu settings. Possibly different for your '22 model.

When all else fails, it's probably in the owner's manual.

It takes me a long time to find the setting every time I want to adjust it. I think it's called something like "voice volume" or something. It's like a scale from 1-10, if I recall correctly. It's not very good.

Thanks all! I’ll dig deep into the settings menu, then post a step-by-step when I find it.

    Thanks for your help all!

To take it one step further, is there any way you can set the audio of your music/radio to automatically turn down when the nav voice speaks?

Mine does that automatically. Seems like it would be normal operation.

I've noticed this during phones calls the callers voice is very hard to hear. I've tried adjusting the volume, but it very hard to hear people.

I have the same issue with the phone. Volume is too low and I cannot find a way to make it louder. Anyone?

Call volume is adjusted with the volume knob, steering wheel volume control or the -&+ buttons on screen during a call.
I don’t have any suggestions if it’s already maxed

The only other possibility is the phone volume setting when connected to the HU. Do a test call and then during the call, increasethe volume on the phone , then the HU.
