Hey is anyone running 285/70/R17 tires on a 2/1 lift? Rubbing or no rubbing? I find some people rub and some don’t. Some people have to cut and some swear they don’t have to. I guess it’ll all depend on the wheel and offset. Looking to run 17” x 8.5” with a zero offset and I don’t want to chop up my truck. Thoughts?

You pretty much answered your own questions. Some do, some don't. Every truck seems to be different. It's a crap shoot.

And also a lift doesn’t help clear larger tires unless you only drive on straight line and never cycle your suspension.

FYI, you can run 255/80/17 (33”x10”) on stock suspension. Might have to remove front mudflaps.

Im lifted 2” in the picture, no rubbing on front mudflaps whatsoever.
