Replacing Charcoal Canister Hoses

    Anyone ever replace just the hoses associated with the charcoal canister to resolve a P0446 code (2002-2004 models. 3.4L)? It looks like i could access them and would be a cheap check to see if it could fix the code. Thought i saw someone say that it's typically just a hose that fails with these units.

    First just check the hoses in the engine bay to make sure there ain’t a kink or a leak. I can’t speak to the rest of your question

    Just replace them with the generic stuff at AutoZone to rule them out... Most likely it's something else though
