A few, mainly added skids. I like leaving the suspension alone. I drive forest service dirt roafs in the desert west extremely extremely too fast. Toyota nailed this suspension going 65 across desert terrain. Changing it is dumb unless you have a specific need like crawling or mud.
This is a really great truck. You clearly put a lot of thought into it. Finding a private buyer who is going to pay you for all the MODs is going to be your key. For a lot of guys, a modified truck screams "aggressive use" the buyer knows its not a mall princess and could potentially have a list of mechanical problems to consider. Then you have guys willing to accept that risk, but want to build their own truck not inherit someone else's vision. I'm not trying to be negative, just realistic. The truck is worth whatever the KBB says it is. Unfortunately your mods very likely add no value. They could in fact detract from the truck. Especially if those skid plates are scratched or dented.

Consider selling the truck as close to stock as possible. Sell all those great mods separately.

Yes I did, but they couldn't give me really anything over blue book due to the way the banks handle loans.

Rule one. Dealers almost always win on a trade in. It's a lucrative part of their business. If it wasn't, they wouldn't do it.

Rule two. Dealers, just like insurance adjusters, won't allow squat for any mods. Doesn't mean they won't charge the next buyer for them, just that they won't all you much of anything.

Rule three. If you sell used parts, you'll be lucky to get 30-50% of what you paid, assuming they are popular, good condition and fit several models. Sure, there will be exceptions. But that will go both ways. Up and down.

Conclusion. Sell privately. Yea, I know about the tax dodge with a trade. So find out the real value that you're going to get on a trade and factor the tax value into your asking price.

Good luck with the process. I'm glad it's not a 'vehicle need' time for me.
