i've been slacking on updating. Exhaust is in. sounds killer. open its loud enough to be heard 2 miles from the farm. closed? its like a pair of 14" magnaflows. i like it.
also added the USB to the center console. and i've got wire from a used car that i'll be using to wire in the amp when i get some time to fuck with the truck again. as of now its on work truck duties moving parts and getting stuff.
    [IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG]
ECU is running the truck rich with the new exhaust. buddy with the capabilities will be hard modding the ECM to fix that. just waiting on the used ECU so i can let him at it.. looking like +10% to the Maf curve should address fueling. i've got to log how its running with tech stream on a 30 minute drive. but he thinks some gains may be in the VVTI as well.

now all i've really gotta do is get the drive shaft balanced and get seats and 2 door panels so the interior feels complete (even though im still missing all the reg cab specific shit in the rear, its painted black so its not as obnoxiously ugly as the beige seats and 2 tone driver door panel with a missing pocket.

line on the seats in Michigan.. hoping that pans out. and the controller for the cutouts to be controllable with my homelink will be next week i hope.

QTP wireless one touch controller came in. Installed today and programmed fobs to my home link Mirror. Controller under the center console, range on the fobs is roughly the same as my standard key fob for the truck locks too

[IMG] TRD Calipers and rotor hats for the tundra came in. Need to get the rotors and pads ordered and find some brake lines now.. they’re TRD. But stoptech st-40 Calipers with 332mm aero rotors. Easy to get parts.

TRD big brake kit installed today. ~$900 total investment. Brakes feel fantastic, when I do the rear disc conversion it should be perfect.

Lack of updates on this thread. But not much. I DID accidentally rip the driver side door off.. so it’s rocking a white door till March when the body shop can get to it. And I have a Bussman rtmr I need to wire up for a light bar and my horns/headlights. The mr2s and the 1998 Tacoma are focus right now while I wait for the body shop to free up. Trucks just being used as a truck when needed for now

Biggest plans are the hammer hangers, medium duty archive leaf’s, and a 4.10 regear (I will likely downsize to 32s after these tires since this trucks main focus is towing now… the 5 other tacos cover off-roading lol)

Kelford cams are also a potential deal since my ecu is tuneable now (the hard way)

Nice rebuild and improvements. FYI Archive Garage is the only shop to provide a full 12" travel rear suspension system for the 1G Tundra, check us out

Oh don’t you worry, y’all have been on my radar. Lol. For years. The mr2s are taking the brunt of my funds right now though

Are there threads and part #s for these small upgrades you’ve done? I just got a similar rig and would love to add some of these smaller mods.

has anyone swapped the back window? Mine doesn’t open

You can put a sliding window in, the power roll down is way too big though. As for part numbers unfortunately not. Most of my upgrades came from 03-06 access cab tundras. The radio is from a 2020 Toyota 86, and the steering wheel + controls are from a 2015 Tacoma. The connector on the controls had to be swapped with one from a 08 4runner though
