Thank you for this info. I’ve been here a year and a half now, just found this page today and had this very same question. Following the thread so I’ll be on the lookout for the next event. Definitely gonna head down that way some weekend soon. Was looking at St Joe’s national forest but seems more like a place to drive MX/ATV/UTV over trucks and Jeeps.

Most wheeling events are posted on the STL Tacoma Owners group on Facebook. We just shitpost in here 60% of the time every time

We actually do more events now than ever before. The next local event coming up is April 1st, diode dynamics are having a big open house and while it's not wheeling per se, they'll have a short track there where you could pose and take pictures. But also they'll have discounts on lighting products and it's a good way to network with a bunch of cool people.

It may, probably towards the end of it. We're going to host our annual "Stock Truck Event" at moonlight off-road. Last year we had nearly 100 rigs show up for the entire thing which was really cool. Will have guided trail rides and shenanigans for all levels of experience, most likely axle boy will be back out there to do another recovery class which is really cool last year, and will have a couple of vendors this time around. Hopefully. Working on a few like Midland radios and diode dynamics, warfab, etc. We'll have more details posted in here as we get closer

Any suggestions of what to check if I have a hard spot in my third member? Can still turn by hand but doesnt seem right at all Pulled it out to reseal and after putting on the rtv to put it back in I noticed 2 junky spots about 1/4 turn of the pinion from each other. Happens every 5ish revs (one rev for the carrier)

opened it back up again and it is right around when the pinion hits this tooth with the tiny orange dot on top by the tire Hoping I would find a funky tooth but idk. Maybe some of the old rtv from cleaning it off the first time in a bearing or something?
