When I barely push on the clutch it pops down about halfway. It sticks there until I pull it up with my foot. It used to do it occasionally but now does it all the time. Does it sound like a slave/master cylinder issue or a worn-out pedal assembly?

V6? Could also be that stupid accumulator. I'd remove that first, especially if you end up having to swap out the master. It's garbage.

    It's a 09 V6.

Check the master as mentioned above, and also the accumulator on the side of the transmission.

How do you tell if they are bad? Will they be leaking fluid? The fluid level is still full in the reservoir.

Basics. Tires, painted headlighes, UHLM, baby winch in the bed, and heated mirrors :)
Sounds like it has an air bubble that needs to be bled out. Could also be a bad accumulator. I'd just delete/bypass that accumulator anyway, it's an easy job especially if you're under there anyway. I bypassed mine with a Honda S2000 clutch line, clutch feels and behaves way better now.

Pop your slave off and check for any corrosion or leaking. And make sure to compress the piston and squeeze any air bubbles out of it while bleeding it. Same with the master

    Subscribed for the resolution.

I am having trouble with the clutch in my ‘14 V6, 6MT and would like to hear what solves the problem for the OP.
