TPS calibration?

    Hey, just got my 97' engine all refreshed and up and running. Its sluggish in low rpms. I hooked up my snap-on scanner and found the tpms at full throttle is only 64%. I removed it and tested full range and it will read 100% When I manually turn the tpms off the throttle. And yes the TB is opening fully.

    I recently replaced mine because of dead spots in the range, but did not have to calibrate the new one.
