    I've had my Extang Trifecta in place for 8 years now. The corners have started to curl.

    I called the number on the tonneau label and asked what the warranty would provide. I was willing to install a new cover on the old frame, as I read on TW that some folks had done.

    The rep asked if I could email pics of the problem area and a scan of my original receipt. I did, and was advised I'd receive a new Trifecta 2.0 as a replacement, frame and all.

    This all happened in about 2 hours on the morning of the 7th. It shipped that afternoon. Received today.

    THAT is what good warranties, good service policies and good reps can do!
