    But no fucking way in anyone's world does tomato sauce and pineapple pair up at all. The two acids are not compatible on the pallet.

    Pineapple and ham are fine. But not on pizza with tomato sauce.
    Tomato and prosciutto are fine. But not on a pineapple upside down cake.

    PIZZA WITH PINEAPPLE AND NO TOMATO SAUCE

    A nice overnight crust, olive oil, a good smoky North American ham, some pineapple - that's it - no cheese - I would eat. With the possibility of some chunks of cold Gorgonzola dropped on the pizza after it cools a bit, well THAT sounds good.

    Gonna try it someday.

    Honestly no.
    Not being some kind of arse here but one of my very few strengths - is the ability to know if things taste OK together. Yeah sounds odd. And ok there may be a few people who like some really odd food combos. But tomatoes and pineapple - weird.

    That said - if you like combos of anything goes, then no problem. Just my opinion man. :broccoli::dancingbacon:
