I'm already getting curious about how things will be looking in the Sierras come late May and June for some trips I had planned.

That's what I figure. Already got an alternate plan for May to go to the Grand Canyon, at least.

There's a USGS site over by the Pohono Bridge that's at 2.78' as of yesterday. I think it's offline as there's no data for today.
USGS Happy Isles is at 4'/780cfs already--and that was from your post an hour ago!

    LFD Offroad:

If you were in the market for crossbars that would support a roof top tent or something sturdier to mount your gear like I was, check out LFD Offroad. I didn’t plan on or wanted to spend $1k on a full rack. I got a pair of these for $84 each. Shipped and arrived in a few days from the time of order.

I installed it and mounted the tent. I’m extremely surprised and satisfied with how well made it is.

thought I share, in case anyone else was looking for some cross bars for their factory rails.

Wind noise no doubt. That’s how the tent looks mounted. Just got wheels and tires mounted, balanced, and aligned today.

If I needed to get a few pieces of tubing bent (I can either supply or buy at the same time) who/where can do it? Probably best in San Jose or Santa Cruz area. Doesn’t necessarily have to be a shop. Should be pretty easy. Just one piece with two ~45’s on the end maybe 3’ total and two more with one 90 around the same length.

Any good shops or local people? I should just buy a bender at this point but I don’t have room.
