Anytime backup camera not working

I have a 2022 or with and just installed the anytime camera triple checked my wiring and when I toggle the switch too front camera it show the rear and when I toggle the switch to the rear I get the same image even switched the rca’s and then it shows the front image in the front and the rear button position I reconnected all the wiring just to be sure and made sure it was grounded properly

 

Welcome to the forum. Sure sounds like something is wired up wrong but I’m not familiar with that system as I did my own setup.
Someone who knows that system should chime in soon with some sage advice.

Email the company. Seems like the relay is NOT changing video select. Switch is providing juice to activate with vehicle not in reverse but relay is not changing video input.

 

I just installed mine on my 2020. The first set I received was for the 2019 and had to send back. I could be wrong but check and make sure you got the 2020+ anytime camera set. It will not allow the front camera if you got the 2019 one.

 

I think if he has some video the connectors are correct. The relay is what selects rear or front camera view via switch position.
