All good man. Again, I'm kind of dumb. Thanks for all the info, I'm going to cut mine tomorrow.

Yep, definitely solid. Phone has stayed put even with some pretty rough wheeling. Pressing things on the screen is not an issue.

Ultimate wiring upgrade completed with my custom made fuse block and relay panel. Did this upgrade awhile ago but used cheap 1/0 and 4 AWG wire that needed replacing so this time around used proper grade welding wire and adhesive lined heat shrink. Replaced the relays with water resistant ones, cleaned up my blue sea fuse block wiring, and installed new Trd battery hold down.

    B98A3CFD-FBEB-4D3B-B0E5-F0DD74A6BAF0.jpg E029B775-079A-4A4E-95A5-9FDDD5AFF385.jpg
Also replaced my LUX LED rock lights that I had for 4 years with new ones that are freaking bright, love the color and output of these.

    9A4EC47E-7873-4BB8-92EA-50F922FA698F.jpg
and of course because I was already doing a bunch of wiring I used one of my old LUX rock lights and mounted it on the hood for a work light. It is controlled by a pressure switch that turns the light on when the hood is opened.

and it only took all weekend to do this

Was the new tie down required or can you fit the D3100 with the stock tie down? I have mine sitting in my room waiting to be installed with the Big 3.

Stock tie down surprisingly fit width wise just needed a longer J hook for the back. Picked one up at Vatozone and used the stock tie down for years before deciding to get a better one.

I cut it with a 4 1/2" grinder and cut disc so it could be cleaner but I'm satisfied. Finally killed the last of my rub up front. I poked holes in the liners and zip tied them up to the fog light buckets.

Washed that winter grim off and gave it a wax. Also oil change and greased the drive line. Decided to take off the old man bug deflector and I'm digging it. Also wired in the Anderson plug for my FourWheelCamper.

You can also use Coleman fuel to remove adhesive, won’t attack the paint.

I paid a local wrap shop to take off the old stuff and replace it with new stuff. Think I paid 140 bucks. They're pretty experience in taking off old crappy PPF and can usually do it faster and cheaper than your time is worth.

Nice! Looks awesome! Especially with it lining up with your steel bumper

Thanks! I was worried about that since I haven't seen anyone do it with the USOffroad winch mount but figured I might as well try, my bumper is cut up and beat up pretty badly already. Weird coincidence though, almost all the damage was on the portion of the bumper I removed...

Picked up a deal on a RCI aluminum engine skid plate and installed it today. Hard to see in the pic, but was an easy install! Do y'all usually just toss the oem plates (I had to remove 2--one under engine and another right behind it) and the 2 brackets that's covered by the OEM skid?

    20230312_183409.jpg

Also found the shifter (?) hose/line dangling... Luckily it didn't burn thru the hose though it burned the metal wrapped around it a bit. Got a nut to secure the bracket using the screw next to where it broke off. Do I need to put sealant or something to cover the hole where it broke?

Can’t believe I just paid $90 for a cell phone mount! I used Affirm so I can make payments on it. $15 a month doesn’t hurt as much I guess.
