I'm sure this topic has been covered multiple times but I can't seem to find a thread with a specific answer. 2019 doesn't have Android auto so that route is null. Is there anyway to tap into the video cable for the backup camera or something? Also if someone knows where the thread is with this answer, please post and I'll delete this.
    Thanks

    The biggest question

    why?

your phone screen is almost as big as the radio‘s usable screen space. And the resolution on the screen is awful. Just get a phone mount and use that

only when parked, of course. Video visible to the driver while in motion is considered reckless driving in most states

So you've seen video on the stock head unit? I know the resolution isn't as good as the phone but it would still be a nice feature to have. Plus I like the audio coming out of the stereo as well, but idk if it's just me but via Bluetooth, the video and audio don't line up when played through the stereo and watching on the phone. Figured maybe there was a solution tied in with getting video on the screen

I have done video on the factory screen. It’s a bitch and not worth it. Too much work, too much money, and the end result isn’t worth either.

If you need the audio to sync up, just use an aux cable. Bluetooth will always have some amount of delay, and even wired CarPlay/AndroidAuto on most radios will be delayed.

If you want better audio from your phone while watching videos use a headset. Also do it outside of your vehicle. I’m not even going to pretend like I think you’re parked when you do this.

Drive safely or go to jail.

Calm down there Sheriff, it's for when I'm parked and on lunch. I'm all set with headphones, I dont want to watch it on my phone... I posed the question on here for a reason. If you don't have an answer, keep scrollin

Changing the headunit to be an Android Auto would be easier.

Not sure about video you may want, but on a friends new Corolla Google maps looks great.
