Not for my Tacoma, rather for my wife's 2016 Sequoia.

It has the light grey leather seats. It not dirty, but has couple hard creases on the driver's seat.

Not too bad but we've never treated it. It hasn't been driven whole lot, 67k miles, always garage kept.

What would be the best product to protect and condition it.

P&S interior cleaner with a detail factory brush. Spray the seats then agitate with the brush. (also works on plastics and door panels) Wipe clean with a microfiber then apply leather conditioner. Let sit and wipe any excess off. I like Leno's leather conditioner (non greasy) and Walmart and Amazon sell it cheap.

It works really good and it's cheap. $25 for a gallon. :)

Does it works better than a APC on interiors?

I've never used apc on interiors. Even if diluted it's a risk to me. P&S has plenty of strength for any interior grime. I used to use Adams leather and interior cleaner, but switched to P&S for the cheaper price.

I use the AUDI brand leather cleaner and conditioner. My wife and kid stain the hell out of the seats.
