2019 Radio Issues

    Hi - I have a 2019 Tacoma. Last June 2022, I took it in for a software update pertaining to the radio. The XM side of the radio was working, but the AM/FM side quit. I was charged for this update. Now, 9 months later, I'm having the opposite problem. The XM side has quit while the AM/FM is working. Has anyone else experienced this? I was told last June that if the unit needed replacing it would be several thousand dollars - if they could even get one because of supply chain issues. Luckily the update took care of it, though I never understood why I should have to pay for that. Can anyone recommend a good 3rd party replacement unit if it should come to that?
