I am no expert by any means. I have a Tacoma TRD Pro. Stock suspension. I put F5 Stealth wheels and 33' tires on it with 1.25"-wheel spacers. I didn't have any rub right away, now there's an inch of ice buildup on the wheel wells and it rubs. Is there something I can do to add to the existing pro suspension without ripping the entire thing out for more performance/clearance? Sorry if this is a stupid question. I don't know what I don't know.

    100% normal on all automobiles.
I had that happen with both my 1984 Audi quattro and my 1988 VW Quantum syncro GL5 in the winter with certain types of powder, packed powder, slush etc. Snow stuck to the underside and the cars would bottom out with a hard thunk.

Of course it will rub. Just kick the ice/snow off and keep trucking.
If anything, it will fall off by itself
