Minor updates from the last weekend:
    • TB, S tube, and manifold are on their way to get port matched.
    • Adjusted the oil cooler ports for clearance of the blower.
    • Made a thorough mess of the engine bay (and garage) with engine coolant and oil.
    • Re-routed the heater hoses per the directions, same with the fuel lines.
    • Ordered new injector seals for the RC 440s.
    • Removed the alternator to install the jackson pulley, but took it to get tested first. I'll never have the access I have now so i figured i may as well replace if i need to right now. I cant imagine trying to change the alternator with the blower in the car. Luckily, it tested fine.
    • Removed the factory manifold studs and grabbed some extended ones (just in case i need the room with the hondata intake manifold.
While i wait for the parts to come back, i'll continue as much as i can without those items, then i'll focus on some other stuff thats on my list to do with the car this winter.

Having a severe case of procrastination with getting the car back on the road. Life is always taking priority LOL.

I do enjoy getting new to me parts though.

in the exact same condition it was last post unfortunately. I STILL do not have my supercharger back from porting, and its really killed my motivation to do anything else on the car.

That and i've had to take on some other house tasks and put those to the front of the to do list. I ended up having to take a contractor to court over house work they half a$$ed, then never finished and split with the money. I had to finish myself.

I hate when life and BS get in the way. Good luck in court, hope the outcome is in your favor.

Look what FINALLY came home on Friday...

Need to give it one more good cleaning to make sure there are no metal shavings hiding in there, then figure out where the heck I left off a year ago as I was going through the instructions...

Sure looks Purdy. Shame it took them so long to get it back to you.

My memory is bad enough that after 2 months I'm sitting there confused as to where I was. A year off gives me anxiety just thinking about it

Thats exactly what i'm running into now. Luckily i marked and wrote down in the instructions where I was, but that doesnt help me find the hardware or anything else i removed before i sent it. Its taking a lot longer to get back up to speed than I had anticipated. But, i'm getting there!

Also found my first issue to tackle....Its been so long I can't remember if this was always like this, or if this happened during shipping or what. This broken vacuum nipple might be a bugger to replace...

Slowly getting back up to speed on this. That's the real downside to having critical parts take soooo long to get back. You lose all motivation to finish up, because the car has already been off the road for over a year. what's another week? another month? Slippery slope.

I caught myself falling into this same thought process with my first transmission rebuild on the my rsx. Now I try to continue pushing myself to keep moving. I try to pick someone kind of goal. Whether its a track day or autocross etc. This year I was rushing to get my car completed before the inspection expired:rofl:

I was half tempted to call and scheduling the tuning session like a month away as my motivation. I may still do it, just havent gotten around to it yet.
