Hey fellas. I have been looking around for info on which shocks to put on my Tacoma. I keep seeing a lot about King Shocks. It seams like fronts are available but would have to wait for the rears. Was able to find a set for the front through Rouge Offroad at a really good price. Was going to pull the trigger on the fronts and possibly go a different direction in the rear until the rears are available. Open to other options as well.

There is no reason you can’t do the front and wait on the rear. Currently run King on the front and Bilstein on the rear. Some day I’ll take the plunge on the rear. Just not this year.

You can run kings no problem on the front and if lifting the rear is of concern there are many other cheaper options that will fit the lift youre getting on the vehicle without costing an arm and a leg so you can wait on the kings. I personally would get the kings on order vs waiting for them to come back in stock, get a longer set of bilsteins as recommended above to suit the lifted rear height and ride it for the time. The front is more important anyway with the coilover allowing you to adjust preload and really dial in the ride height and correct toyota lean. I show we have 40+ sets of the non adjustable 2.5 series coilovers in stock as well, along with any other parts you may need like leafs, ucas and the rear shocks.

Let me know if we can be of help!
