    Did you do this in your table saw with a one of those trim head/blade thingies? I never heard of them until it was mentioned here. I may need to get one. Seems very handy!

    I did this at the other shop I work from. The moulding blades belong to my friend so I used his table saw. They are pretty cool and there's a lot of possibilities with just a few blades. :thumbsup:

    Just spit-balling here. As thinking outside the box, what about using Poplar? I would have no clue if it would look good or not. Again, just throwing it out there. I like using poplar for its green hue from time to time.
