I have been looking around this forum and I cannot find a solid answer. If I install the driver side master window switch assembly from a TRD with auto up and down in my 2021 SR5 will I gain the ability for auto up and down? has anyone done this??

No, this wouldn't work. Both front switches, window motors, and wiring are different. The body ECU may also be different as well (Front LH/RH communicate over LIN bus with auto up/down, but not without).
