May sound like a dumb question but just installed the full Cali raised skid plate kit on my new TE lunar rock 2023. For the transmission skid and front skid the install required removing two brackets for each piece. Question is by removing them do you hurt the truck in anyway? Are these brackets an important thing to keep on the truck somehow. I can't find out why they are there in the first place honestly. Thanks to all
