Hello everyone this is my first post so not sure if this question has been answered yet. But I'm having some issues with my manual transmission shifter. The shifts are clean however there seems to be a lot of play with the shifter and I'm not sure if that's normal or not. At first I thought it was a worn out shifter bushing, but while taking apart I uncovered that it seems to be the shifter itself. Not really sure how to explain it so I have attached a youtube video where i show my issue. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

I also found out through investigating that the previous owner installed a TRD short throw shifter, so maybe it's the shifter itself going bad? Not sure. Any help would be appreciated. IMG_0318.JPEG.jpg
