Passenger floor wet...not AC I can watch that drain while running.
I do not think it is cowl, Fender drain?

Got a good look after a hard storm tody
Leak looks to been low entered rear of passenger kick panel
Carpet and insulation on toe board and under fan dry
When I pulled back carpet and removed kick panel nothing looks
like it is getting wet above floor line. Could this be fender drain?
Where is that located? I was unable to see it

I recall some having a similarly leak and it being the antenna grommet.
It took them a while to find it, they also looked at all the “typical” places first. Just like you have. That looks like a lot of water. Are you sure it’s not the windshield?

No but as I said high front of carpet insulation is dry, no sign of of water higher behind kick panel
Under cowl showed no sign of water

I chased this exact problem, same conditions, in my 2014 for weeks. Finally found about a 2" section of the weatherstripping at the top of the windshield, directly above the steering wheel, that looked like it had been pushed in or folded under a little. Filled that with some rtv silicone and never saw another drop off water in the floorboard.
The water was dropping down from a bracket under the glove box, down behind the kick panel, and into the floorboard, so none of the carpet above floor level was ever wet. It was an infuriating hunt, for sure.

I find water in the same spot on rare occasions. I have a tub type rubber floor mat that catches the water, so my carpet never gets wet. It's never much and I just dump it out when it happens. It hasn't happened enough for me to pinpoint exactly where, but it seems to happen after a heavy rain when the truck is parked on an incline with the front higher than the rear.

Hey all, ive got the same problem.. except i think the leak is coming from one of the passenger seat bolts(rear side next to center console). As i was taking the seat out i noticed there was a stream pf water starting from that bolt location and its the only one where you can see completely through the floor

hmm, my carpet is dry starting as the floor raises up to the firewall. is your tacoma seat bolt the same as mine where you can see clear through the floor when taken out by any chance?

That’s a lot of water to be wicked up through the bolt threads.
You’d almost have to have standing water in the channel below the bolt hole.
And I don’t see how that’s possible if the hole is open as shown in your picture?

Look around the rear window seal at the bottom and the 3rd brake light. That's where mine was leaking. Both floors sides were wet after a rain. Silicone around the brake light and torn rubber seal at bottom of rear window fixed it.
