2012 TRD off road DCSB

Finally posting a build thread for my 2012 Tacoma TRD Off Road. Little late to the game as this is almost 5 years into the build but I would like to document the modifications and track it better.

Current state:

Wheels/Tires:

• Recline renegade 16"
• BFG K02 265/75/r16

Suspension:

• OME Nitrocharger 90021 soft ride
• OME 887x coils in the front
• Deaver single add a leaf in the read
• SPC Adjustable upper control arms

Armor:

• ARB bumper
• Stock TRD off road skid plates
• Rok Blokz mudflaps

Lighting/Electrical:

• LED ARB fog light upgraded
• Cheap ditch lights from Amazon
• Cheap 9" driving lights from amazon
• Auxbeam 6 gang switch panel

Bed:

• ARE topper
• Yakama tracks
• Bed rug
• High lift jack bead mount
• Unknown bed drawers
• Unknown roof rack
• DIY mounts
• Maxi track awning from Napa

Interior:

• DIY phone mount bracket with ram mount phone holder
• Husky floor liners
• Center council divider
• Carhart seat covers

• Midland 75-822 CB radio
• Firestick 3ft fiberglass antenna

Topper: Marketplace find

 

Suspension upgrade:

 

Bumper: Marketplace ARB find
Self etching primer used on all metal components
Gloss black implement paint on the bumper
Bed linner on the brackets
Trim paint on the plastic housings
New LED arb lights
3M headlight restoration on turning signals lights

 

Phone Mount: Ram mount bracket
Aluminum angle cut, bent, and 3m double-sided tape

 

Roof rack: Unknown platform rack with diy mounts

Acquired a platform rack and needed to make mounts last minute before a trip to the Ozarks.
Used Amazon dimple dies and bent them in a vise.
