new head installed injector insulators leaking fuel

i am trying to install a new head and cams in a 2rz fe and the new head didnt come with the little plastic cups that the fuel injectors sit in. So i got new ones and installed them by very gently pushing them in place. the o rings were on them already but after cranking I'm getting large amounts of fuel around these plastic cups. all are seated in place at least they appear to be and i torqued the fuel rail to spec.

 

I ordered the plastic cups from yotashop.com part number 90561-10018

 

Are they all seated good? Mine look like this

 

I’ve found out that plastic part is for the 3rz injectors for the 2.7 which are bigger Than the 2.4 so that brings another question. What are the differences between the 2 types of injectors? I would assume higher flow. Would that cause issues if I just put in 2.7 injectors
