Stuck A/C Control

    So the issue is 2 out of the 4 switches are moving freely I tried finding some information about these Tacoma vent system but no luck the cable won’t retract all the way so it is suck on recirculating air and won’t go into just dash vents only

    There isn't much to go off of in the 95-97 FSM regarding this. You will probably have to find the other end of the two stuck cables and see if its the cables that are seized, or the doors. Be as gentle as you can, and take your time. I would bet that you could get away with freeing whatever is stuck, and not have to replace anything.
