I have a new intermittent drivability issue. At 55-65 mph O/D drops out, A/C drops off line, and the power drops out, very little accel if any and max rpm 3600. Question is... is this Limp Mode? Any possible theory and operation inputs here are welcome. Thanks!

[I will say this: The cat/conv was gutted before I had this truck, and the check engine light has most of that time been illuminated and it has a bank 1 downstream O2 sensor code (also most of the time). It has driven fine this way for years
[And I will also say this: that there are no other codes other than the one for the downstream O2 sensor. Currently the OBDII Scanner will not link.]
