I've always owned Fords F-250s, 350s and F-550s for my welding rigs, so I just bought a small Tacoma for chasing parts, bidding jobs and a daily driver.

Since I live on a horrible dirt road that is poorly maintained which is always full of pot hole craters etc., I decided to go with the TRD off road 4 x 4 4door 5' bed and I have to say WOW, does this thing eat the bumps, most people drive places to go 4 wheeling and I have to go 4 wheeling just to leave the house, so I'm pretty impressed with it so far.

My girlfriend has the Ford Explorer Timberline that we usually take when going out to dinner/ shopping which is also great on the bumps, so I have to say I was pretty happy to find my Tacoma was equal to the Timberline in that aspect.

I also have to get out on some of my farm land, it will be nice having a lighter vehicle to get to areas that my heavy 4 wheel drive F-250 gets stuck in.
