Nice area, I was born in Moab, Brother was born in Fillmore and lived in Delta for a hot min. Too young to remember most of it but been back through several times.

 

I dig it...UT is by far my favorite state...rural enough for me, enough conveniences for the wife, and the large property we wanted.

 

It's a goal of mine to move back you'll be close to sand hollow and several other awesome places

 

I can go wheeling while the wife does the Costco run...win/win!

 

I do that now lmao perks of being 10 minutes from the lake

 

Make sure you go at least 12' on one of the doors so you can put a lift on your future Class C and it will still fit inside

I’ve been looking at property closer to work so I can build a nice shophouse barndo. The issue out here is water. Too expensive to drill a well deep enough to be efficient, and thanks to Scottsdale it’s now expensive af to have it trucked in.
