2013 tacoma prerunner

So can’t find a direct yes or no answer and joying wasn’t too much of a help to answer my question. I got a 9 inch joying second hand came with universal Toyota wiring harness.

my question is I have a 13 non jbl headunit added the factory backup which is a 16 pin to the radio I am seeing if this harness will work or if I have to do the splice a few wires method that I have seen
