I’m running 8100 smooth body’s with rxt leaf pack stage 1 archive garage u bolt flip kit and skinny tires on oem trd sport wheels spider tracs 1.25” spacer front and back . I’ve offroaded them a few times and they were badass and no issues. 7D21472A-3B40-4B6E-B8BE-7CF8DF5564E1.jpg

    Update...

Installed new "smooth body" 8100's on the rear of my 3rd gen today. No issues with clearances.
    17" x 8.5", 0 offset, 4.75" backspacing, 265/70/17 Toyo AT3.

It will be a few weeks until I have time to install the front suspension, but during a quick test drive on some very crappy roads the rear end felt WAY more planted and stable. Can't wait to get the 8112's on the front.

Nice! I absolutely love mine but I’m thinking about switching them for an extended travel rear and get some archive garage hammer hangers plus go up to stage 2 on my rxt leafs. Can’t decide if I wanna match up the 8112s with the 8100 bypass rears or get something slightly cheaper for the rears with a couple more inches of extension

Do you know how far is your tire to the bolt banjo supply from the shock?
Because my tire and your tire is the same but my wheel with tire is 0.39 closer to that bolt I hope mine doesn’t rub just waiting on my tires to come in been over a week already…unless they are getting freshly made

What offset and backspacing are your wheels? I’m considering the FSW TAC PRO wheels very highly right now or the oem SEMA I’m on Toyo OC AT3 255/80/17 oem sport wheels with spidertrax 1.25” spacers and have zero issues so far

Lots of room while the truck is sitting level. At least 2.5". Tough to get a good pic, but you can see the connector only sticks out ~1".
According to Bilstein the issue arises when the suspension is compressed, pushing the tire towards the shock mount. I'm not sure I'll be able to get that measurement anytime soon, but I'll update if I can.

Thinking about going with the 8112 and was thinking about these instead of the bypass. Think I should be pretty good on clearance, I'm running 265s with a backspacing of 4.30". I'll wait for more feedback before making my decision.

You’ll be just fine on clearance with that backspacing. FYI I’m about to buy 8100 bypass Evo gray whenever they become available again and I’ll be listing these fairly cheap and they have less than 5k miles on them. Installed in October 22

How much of a lift did you get with the RXT at stage 1?
Bilstein says the 8100 are rated up to 1.5" lift. I'm wondering if anyone is running them with a 2" lift, and if they're running into any issues.

I moved my icon rxt to stage 2 last weekend. On road no issues whatsoever haven’t had a chance to go off roading yet
