    i managed too keep the hole saw's themselves in tact but the auber bits were a different story, i just quit worrying about it after the first one broke twice, but then the hole saw wanted to bounce and jump around and thats were i used the grinder to clean up just a bit.

    Yea same, I didn't even try to use a bit..I just figured it would be a pain in the butt.

    ^ Go for it man, its not that hard, coping is the hardest and that was using a grinder so at least you have a bit. and you can always use square tubing so all you have to do is cut angles, which is what i was gonna do but we couldnt get the square tubing in time.

    That actually looks pretty damn good, i will be buildin a rack as well but not quite that large just a bed rack for me like Max_4_Yota did. but out of 1x1 square tubing, should be a one day type project there

    that looks sick! i actually built a bed rack about 2 months ago just havent got everything to finish it, such as tools, quick fists etc..

    I wanna get mine done before june because I have a 12 hour trip to take with 3 dogs, a quad, my wife and supplies for 4 days in the mountains. I NEED TO GET IT DONE!
