Haven’t posted in a while. It’s time to replace my brown hazy headlights on my 2000 prerunner, my question is should I go with factory Toyota or are the aftermarket ones just as good with fit and finish? I don’t want to change to hid’s or anything else. Just keep it stock and simple. The factory ones don’t say if they come with bulbs so not sure what brand of bulbs are best. Thanks, Ron

Holy crap that’s a lot of info!!! I guess the OEM ones are the way to go for me. The description of the OEM ones don’t really say if the bulbs come with them though?

I replaced mine with some from rock auto. Light output is good. Forgot what bulb I used but they are nice for what they cost. I think I paid $95 for both shipped.

Only if you want a good chance of getting knockoffs.

This thread reminded me of how bad my 2003 headlights suck. I ordered these from Rock Auto:

They are CAPA certified, and come with the bulbs. Fingers crossed. Although, anything would be better than what I currently have.

I forgot all about the Rock Auto discount code, but in looking at it later, it was only $3.39, so no biggie.
