    Hello All,

I recently purchased a silver 2007 Taco(Access cab, 4x4)with 157k miles for 11 grand. Which I believe was a pretty good deal( let me know if I’m wrong please). Anyways, my first tacoma and I want to change the wheel+tire setup without lifting it. Is it possible to fit a 265/65R17 tire (maybe BFG Ko2s) on a Method MR301 (16x8 0mm offset)? Or should I get a lift?

Any help is appreciated. Please spare me if I sound like an idiot this is all new to me

    Thanks in advance

Well first off, you're saying a 265/65R17 tire and a 16x8 wheel. So no, a 17" tire will not fit on a 16" wheel.

Nice, your my true truck brother. Mines a 2007 access sport in silver. Welcome to TW! I might recommend putting a old set of g3 offroad tires on. The rims look great on an older g2 (in my opinion). I scored brand new wheels tires and shocks off of a OR being built here on TW. I paid 450 for it all.

    Again, welcome.

Thank you for the warm welcome! Those do look really nice. Would those be 16s or 17s?
