Anybody know how to fix a noisy DV8 “wind deflector”? It rattles very loud pst 40 mph

Canopy, fitted seat covers, OBA with self leveling air bags, 100w solar, dual Rhino Rack Pioneer platforms, side & rear LED work/FU lights, CB, cell booster. 7x16 cargo conversion, 3" lift, 7'x6.5' fold down aluminum rear deck.
Is it the visor, roof, or contact of the visor and roof?

I don’t even know, I installed the roof rack today, all parts are fastened tightly. But it’s the front piece crossing the cab closest to the windshield. It is not touching the roof

With my roof platform, I had a high pitched vibration. It was the roof itself. I fixed it with sound deadener.

What’s that? I’m not sure the pitch of the vibration, but it sounds like there’s not enough airflow through the visor piece

I used some of this door molding stuff from Autozone and took care of the whistle. I don't know if that's what you're hearing

Sound deadener is foil backed butyl rubber. It helps stop vibration of the metal.

Roof is thin metal that will vibrate if airflow is disrupted/altered over it.

Oh cool, yeah no this is like a hard rattle due to wind, no whistling. I’ve seen other people in other forums say they just removed the piece. Guess I’ll wait to hear back from DV8 tomorrow

Check if the visor is making contact with the roof.

I just installed the DV8 on my 2021 Tacoma and have a very loud rattle around 45-50 MPH. I think it resembles the rattle your described. What did you do to fix your rattle?
