What Have You Done To Your 2nd Gen Tacoma Today?

Scored a 20qt 12v fridge off of marketplace for super cheap.



Same cu.in. capacity as the Rtic soft cooler we use for food for camping, so it’s gonna replace that cooler and live in the back seat of the truck.

I built a platform for it so I won’t lose a buncha storage space.







I need to wrap the legs and make a tie down still.

 

I did the 100/400 watt continuous on mod, based off instructions from TW. Easy to do and worked great!

 

I have been contemplating taking off the American flag decal on the doors but I am kinda torn on leaving it or taking it off. What do you guys think?

 

I’d say leave em since they accent the rest of the black exterior parts well.

 

Threw some edge stripping on the Prinsu wind deflector today. Quick and easy.

 

Went for a drive.

 

Replaced factory bumpstops with Wheeler's Offroad SuperBumps, next is shocks once they come in this week.

 

Done. Just need to order more carpet.

 

Does anyone have this? Do you think I could I fit the jack kit in it?

My favorite was when i dechromed the bumper but it was waaaaay too much work and did not last

Thanks, it looked great until a gas can tipped over in the bed and ate the plasti dip right off of it

 

Started to modify my McNeil fenders today trimmed 2" out of them and modded them so they are more rigid and can install fender liners like I did on my fronts.. Still need to trim the inner lip and add another layer of glass but almost there.

 

Highest ROI external upgrade. Stood out a little too much right after I installed it, but after getting dirty a few times it blends right in .
