does anyone have photos of their truck with 5100s in the front, with stock coils, and nothing in the rear? if so what inch notch are you on and what tire size?

It really doesn’t matter if you only put them in front, just don’t expect to be able to level the back to the same height as the front if you raise it very far with the clips Because the stock rear shocks can’t extend as far as 5100’s can.

If you keep stock shocks in back and try to lift the truck to keep it level (mine is on 3rd clip also), you may overextend the rear shocks on bumps. Mine was 1.7 on the 3rd clip, stock coils and a Deaver Add a Leaf with the overload still on. It obviously had a lot of weight added to it since then, including steel skids and sliders, RTT and a 15gallon spare tank, so it’s at about 1.5 inches now…F6A0AA40-6B9C-4601-8E20-C8534DE67123.jpg

I got about 1.1 inches of lift. I haven't touched the rear leafs. I did replace the rear shocks with 5100s, resulting in no rear lift.

That’s what I’m planning to do-

5100s all around, add a leaf in the back. I have 2 goals: 1. Better ride 2. Get ride of sag when loaded/ towing. Sounds like I would achieve about 1.5 inches? I don’t want to create any vibrations.

Once I wear out the stock firestones I throw on some 235/85/16’s to gain another inch.
    Thanks!
