Something shorted out and my 10a Stop fuse melted away. It junked up the fuse terminal and I can’t get another fuse in there and I can’t even try to jump it. Is there a way I can bypass this to get it out of park and just at least get home?

Yes. Next to the gear lever there is a little black cap. Remove it and push down on the little tab to release the solenoid lock.
