What would you guys say is a reasonable amount to pay for a suspension upgrade and 2.5” lift ? Is it an hourly charge or a flat rate by most guys ?

    Enough for now
My bilstein 6112/5160 with an icon AAL and upgraded UCA was around $3k. Money well spent

The exact system I’m looking at. The $3k is the kit too or just install?

Both kit and install. That was in 2021 and took one day.

I did 2.5” in the front and rear with that set up. Highest setting on the 6112, it’s settled to about 2” for both the front and back. I don’t tow or haul much so level at 2” for front and rear made sense for me

I’ve also had the kit on for about 40k. I did install a sway bar relocate bracket because my coils were contacting with the sway bar on turns when the wheel was stuffed

photo from the day I had the lift installed

looks great I don’t tow but carry some gear so I don’t mind a little rake in the back. I’ve read the the 6112 5160 is adjustable .5” to 2.75” max… is it only 2.5” max ?

I’m fairly certain it’s 2.5 max but the kit I got only had 6 settings and new 6112 has 11 so it may have changed
