Opinions needed 911

I have not owned a Tacoma before and have questions and need some guidance on how to proceed with a 99 Tacoma sr5. This truck has 250k on od. The truck runs Goodish ,4wd is awesome and I’m overall pleased with the truck.

I was given the truck for doing a job. I have inspected the truck and main thing I’ve noticed is the frame deteriorating. What would be best route. Fix it. Replace it. Scan it together. Opinions needed.
I also need some opinions on motor and suspension. I want to make this a reliable truck. Not a daily driver but when I do drive it want to know it’s solid and reliable.
