For the leveling just do the Bilstein 5100 with stock springs and set for about .5-1.0" lift find the best alignment shop you can and ask for 0 degree camber and caster in 3-4 degree range (unless your roads have a lot of crown to them make sure caster is equal left to right and at most .1-.2 degrees more on the right side and leave the rear alone until it is actually determined that it is not working for you.

We are real life here. We have fun, talk shit and generally enjoy and help out. Serious questions will have serious answers, stupid questions get stupid answers and asked for opinion, like you just did? You will get opinions for answers. Just like in the real world.

    Yes!

That’s way too skinny for a 3rd gen IMHO.:)

275/70r17 BFG's will fit good luck doing it with a more true to size tire.

So I would ask a few questions before throwing around suggestions like others do.
What's the goal for the truck? Is this a pavement pounder? Fire road truck? Or weekend wheeler?
That will really help suggestions hit the mark with your goals.
Budget is the next one, if your going into replacing suspension to achieve a lift why not improve ride quality at the same time if you know your going to have quite a few km on washboard.

Hm, so are you saying 275 KO2s are not actually 275s?

90% of mods are for looks. Not that it is a bad thing.

Exactly I was originally going to run a k02 over my duratrac and a 265 k02 next to a 265 duratrac there is a difference so I considered a 275 k02 to even it out at the time. And it appeared that it would work. A 275 duratrac nope.

Was one tire mounted and installed on truck and one tire unmounted?

No bolth were compared mounted and unmounted. The Joy's of working at a dealer and having good guys in parts so I could play around a bit before buying.
