    Im Stumped....
i got a 1999 Tacoma 3.4L 4wd Automatic with manual locking hubs. So the C clip that holds in the CV axle to the Hub or either the one to the locking hub broke. Pushed my CV axle out and eat up the inside of my wheel bearing. so ive already got the wheel bearing pressed out new cv axles seals etc but i cant find anywhere they sell a axle needle bearing is what i was told it was called. Its a Cylinder type needle bearing made by KOYO but i cant seem to be able to get one.... Please help! lol
Also! if anyone has any idea where to find locking hub studs (8mm x 1.25 fine thread) and cone washers for this year and model that would be a big help as well!

To answer your last few questions.

Manual hub studs are discontinued from Toyota. You can call Off-Road Solutions in Montrose, CO and get some that will do the job.

Here is the needle bearing. It is INA, not Koyo.IMG_8588.jpg

    YotaShop has the following:

Cone washer, washer and nut as a kit (they only come as a set of 3 pcs, so if you're doing the entire hub you'll need a qty of 6 or 12 if doing both the left and right sides)
    https://www.yotashop.com/hardware-kit-toyota-1979-2001-oem-manual-hub-nut-washer-kit-1055/

    Cone washer only

As others have mentioned, ORS for the studs (huge thanks to @04Pre_Runner for sharing this source with me)

I'm a bit confused here. Exactly where is this needle bearing supposed to go? I don't believe the OP is referring to diff side (where we end up doing the ECGS swap).

Inside of the hub where the cv passes through on manual hubs.

The inside bore of the hub has a bushing on the CV side and a needle bearing on the hub side. Toyota typically does not sell them separately from the hub, and I am not aware of a Toyota part number for the bushing, but that's the part number for the bearing.

Weird. When I built out my steering knuckles, I don't remember this being among the parts. I just checked my parts list and I don't have it. OCD is going to bug me until I find it so I guess its back to the good ol' diagrams.

As I said, they come with the hub, so you wouldn't have ordered it separately.

Ah. Ok. Yeah when I looked up the part# you mentioned, it was a "huh" moment, especially since the knuckle represented in the parts diagram looks suspiciously like a 5 lug knuckle. Weird.

Thx for the info, I didn't see the image you uploaded - I think I was typing as you updated.

The bearing and bushing in the hub are not even listed separately from Toyota, you have to buy the hub itself. The manual hubs on most Toyotas work differently to the Tacoma, so the bushing and bearing are actually in a spindle on the knuckle (43211W/43212M are the bushings). The bearings are mounted on that spindle and the wheel hub onto that.

It's basically opposite to the Tacoma. On the Tacoma, the needle bearing only spins when the hub is unlocked, on vehicles like the T100 shown here, the bearing only spins when the hub is locked.
